1. What is the uniform for my child’s class and where can I get it?

A full list of uniform can be found in our Uniform & Shop section in the header above and items can be bought from our online shop. We also have a swap box of used shoes and clothing which is kept at the studio for you to look through. Our own branded items are available. Hoodies, T-shirts and Joggers. These can also be found under our Uniform & Shop section and ordered via email to jenna@freedomandform.com.

2. What are the Term Dates?

We follow the majority of the East Lothian school holidays. A full list of dates by term can be seen in our Timetable & Events section in header above.

3. When do we pay fees?

Fees are paid 4 times a year at the start of each new Term. We will send an invoice by email with the full breakdown of classes taken by a family. Invoices have a due by date which should be adhered to, failure to do so will incur a 10% administration charge. Information on classes, dates, times, discounts and ways to pay is all clearly outlined on Invoices.

4. How do we pay fees?

Fees can be paid into our account either online or in branch. The full account details are on Invoices which will be emailed at the start of each new term. Fees can also be paid as cash to your class teacher.

5. Do we have to pay a full term of fees before joining the school?

No, we allow a couple of lessons on a pay as you go basis giving you the chance to make sure your child settles in and is happy at the school before committing to the full term.

6. Examination advice, do students have to take exams?

Not at all. We offer examiniations to students that we feel are ready to progress to the next level of class, this offer is at the teachers discretion and in the best interest of the individuals training. If a student is chosen and does not wish to take the exam they will be able to move onto the next level regardless. In some cases if we feel that an exam path isn’t the correct route for students we will move them to the next level without offering an exam session.

7. Is the Studio available for hire?

Our studio is available for hire as a one off or a regular basis. Simply get in touch for rates and availability.
